What is your return policy?
Be Queen understands that something may not fit or look the way you thought it would, so we gladly offer exchanges or store credit if item is returned within 14 days of your receipt. Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise. Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only, unless you receive a damaged or defective item. Please read below if you have received a damaged or defective item. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
Store credit does not expire.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
All accessories are FINAL SALE. This includes (but not limited to) hats, scarves, jewelry, hair accessories, and hosiery.
Defective items:
If you have unfortunately received a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at mandy@bequeenclothing.com within 3 DAYS to notify us of the issue. If you do not inform us within 3 DAYS of receiving the defective or damaged item, it will no longer qualify for a refund or replacement. Tag must be on the damaged item and must be unworn. When you send an email, you must include a photo of the damage with a brief description. Please type in “Defective” on the subject line.
Exchanges and refunds on damaged items will be managed on a case-by-case basis to help avoid abuse of the policy.
Be Queen. is not responsible for damaged items that are caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. Please feel free to email (or DM on Instagram) if you have any specific questions about an items fit and size, we understand how important that is when shopping online. We are here to help! How is shipping calculated?
Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the shipping calculator to see shipping price. All orders over $75 will have free shipping/local delivery, shipping will automatically be removed in your cart.
Where do we ship?
As of right now, Be Queen. only ships in the U.S. – we are working hard to start shipping outside the U.S. and will let you all know as soon as we can ship internationally.
Do we offer local pick up?
Yes, we do! If you are an Arizona local, we are located in Chandler. As of right now, our warehouse is located at our personal residence so we only offer local pick up to people we know or have met. Please email us at mandy@bequeenclothing.com or DM us on Instagram to receive the code to remove shipping at checkout for local pickup.
How does your 24 hour delivery option work?
Be Queen. understands that you are a busy bee and sometimes you need a last minute outfit with no time to stop at the mall. With our 24 hour delivery service ($12.99 flat fee), you will get your order within 24 hours after placing your order. Address can be your home or even your place of work, but it does have to meet certain location requirements. If you try to select 24 hour delivery but you get a prompt saying location is out of boundaries, please text 480.232.3102 and lets see what we can do. We always want to help!
Do you offer in-person shopping?
Yesssss Queen, we do! Again, we are located at our personal residence so we do screen who is able to come over for safety issues. If you would like to schedule, please visit the home page and you will find a link to schedule an in-person shopping appointment. Once the request is approved, you will receive the address. You are absolutely allowed to bring friends with you too!
